Shipping Policy

How we ship

Every Maisy order ships in plain, unbranded packaging — nothing on the outside indicates what's inside. Privacy is the default, not an upgrade.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of shipping.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is $5.95. Orders of $60 or more ship free.

If something goes wrong

If your order arrives damaged, is delayed unusually long, or tracking stalls, contact us at hello@trymaisy.com and a person will make it right. Please reach out within 14 days of the delivery date shown in tracking.
