The short version

We collect only what we need to run the shop, we don't sell your personal information, and discretion is a core part of what Maisy is — inside the box and out.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, email, shipping address, and payment details (payment is processed by our payment provider; Maisy never sees or stores your full card number). When you browse: standard analytics data such as pages visited and device type. When you join the email list: your email address.

How we use it

To fulfill and deliver orders, respond to support messages, send order updates, and — only if you've opted in — send occasional emails about new products. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your purchase history with data brokers. We do not put anything on the outside of your package that reveals what's inside.

Third parties

We share data only with the services required to run the store: our e-commerce platform, payment processing, shipping carriers, and email service — each bound by their own privacy obligations.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@trymaisy.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
